Fermented in French oak barriques and matured for ten months sur lie, this wine rewards with rich, round fruity flavours, harmoniously balanced with well-integrated oak.

Glen Carlou Sauvignon Blanc
Glen Carlou's first Sauvignon Blanc. Riper Fruit and Lees contact add a creaminess to a wine richer than most examples of Sauvignon Blanc.
Fine integration of fruit and acidity makes for a sophisticated wine easy to enjoy by itself or with seafood. Bottle maturation will see this wine develop further, enhancing food versatility.

Glen Carlou Syrah
To produce this dense and powerful wine, half the crop is dropped during the growing season.
Aromas of spicy blackberry and toasty oak lead to complex flavours of ripe berry fruit, violet and currant on the smooth palate.

Glen Carlou Pinot Noir
Judiciously matured in French oak barrels, our Pinot Noir is rich and outspoken, yet elegant and smooth.
Exciting aromas of bramble fruit and spice are beautifully complemented by hints of mulberry and chocolate. On the palate a medley of strawberry and raspberry is subtly complemented by well-integrated oak.

Glen Carlou Grand Classique
A classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot.
Intriguing aromas of clove, sandalwood and fresh blackcurrant are followed by a velvety smooth palate brimming with ripe berry fruit and well supported by supple tannins and gentle oak.

Black cherry with dark plum aromas complimented by spicy cinnamon and cloves and dark chocolate notes.
