WINE IS A FRIEND, WINE IS A JOY...
WINE IS THE BIRTHRIGHT OF ALL

This range derives its name from one of Glen Carlou’s most distinctive landmarks: a rocky hill in the shape of a giant tortoise. Created to add quality and enjoyment to contemporary living, the two vibrantly fruity wines are backed by the Glen Carlou promise of consistent quality.

Glen Carlou Tortoise Hill White

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier. This fruity wine rewards with tropical aromas and flavours of banana, litchi and mango. On the palate, a tinge of citrus adds to the lingering, dry finish.

Glen Carlou Tortoise Hill Red

A complex, yet accessible blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Shiraz, Tempranillo and Merlot. Upfront aromas of strawberry, chocolate and cinnamon lead to ripe red berry and spicy flavours on the smooth, rounded palate.

Glen Carlou Tortoise Hill Rose 2008

A lovely, light Aperitif wine with wonderful spring berry flavours. Great dry finish, soft with nice round mouthfeel. The dark berry fruit lingers in your mouth for some time. Well enjoyed with appetizers and great friends.
